Refund policy
For digital products we do not offer refunds, cancellations or exchanges because they are automatically sent to your email after purchase is confirmed however if there is an issue with a purchase please contact me immediately so that we can resolve your issue.
For wholesale purchases we offer refunds for unused and unopened items up to 3 days after delivery. The shipping is the responsibility of the consumer unless it is an error on our part. If there are any issue with your order please contact us immediately so that we can resolve your issue.
For our book an experience we do not offer refunds unless there is an unforeseen issue that we have to cancel the booking. We at The Formulating Mentor are transparent and diligently remain in communication with our customers. We will always let you know if any issues or delays should any occur.
